I bought some Jay Robb chocolate whey protein powder but I'm wondering... for those of you that use protein powder do you use this as a shake/meal replacement or do you add the protein powder to stuff you make?
Sound like a putz I know! But, I'm just curious how to use this stuff!
I had a protein shake around 11:00 this am and a granola bar and I haven't been hungry all day.....just now starting to feel hungry.
