Re: Question about my Clarisonic

I know this sounds silly but have you tried plugging it into a different outlet just to be sure it is the Clarisonic and not your wall outlet? This has happened to me when the outlet was tripped and I needed to reset it. As soon as the brush is placed on the charging unit, you should hear a bleep to let you know it is charging (and then the lights on the handle blink until it is fully charged). Good luck!

Dr. Robb? He's an engineer & an inventor not a TV vendor or personality. Can't U appreciate his talent?

Re: Question about my Clarisonic

The Mia model ( not the plus) has a green light that either indicates it's charging or it's charged ( I plug mine in after every use, so I don't pay attention to the light). The big clairisonic has a series of green lights that indicate it's charging or it's charged- again I plug mine in after each use, so I don't pay attention to the lights.

I thought the same thing, so yes, I tried a few outlets...just to be sure.

Thanks for the tip.

Re: Question about my Clarisonic

Even though their call center is in India, they were very nice, and Clarisonic is sending me a new unit.

It's going to have to be the White one...they don't seem to have all the special colors. All I want is a Clarisonic that works.

Thank you.
