Any one take this supplement? I started taking it with bromelain, also giving to my dogs.

I have heard of it.

It's a plant pigment that's found in fruits and veggies.

It's considered an antioxidant.

Some people find that it helps with inflammation and with allergies.

I take it faithfully every day. It helps with my allergies and sinus issues. Haven't had a sinus episode in ages, whereas I used to get them all the time to the point I was always calling out sick to work.
