Yesterday, I ordered the Zumba exercise CD's. Then, I changed my mind and cancelled it. Well, today, I went and checked order status of something else only to find out that they shipped it. Also shipped Wen product that I ordered. Maybe, I cancelled incorrectly but I'm mad as heck. The day that I cancelled Zumba on QVC, I ordered it from the Zumba website...so now I've got TWO sets of CD's coming. Customer says.."oh, just sent it back, no problem. Well, there is, I told her. Shipping charge. She says, yes, I will have to pay shipping.
Lesson learned. Check order status when you cancel an order. I'm so pis-sed ; at them and at myself.
