I slept wrong for the last few nights and as a result I pulled a muscle in my neck and shoulder, I am walking around very uncomfortable and dizzy, Tonight I am going to try a different pillow and see if it makes a difference, I am taking tylenlol 3 times a day and I am still miserable Any suggestions. Thanks all

I like yo use bio freeze. They have both roll on or spray so you don't have to get it valley over your hands.

@I am still oxox My ex husband who used to work out a lot gave me some advice when I pulled a muscle. He said to take ibuprofen. I believe Tylenol is acetaminophen.
You may want to give ibuprofen a try. I used the Walmart generic and it's pretty inexpensive.
Also, have you ever tried a "my pillow"? Regardless of what people think of the guy, his pillow is a lifesaver for me and I wouldn't be without it.

@I am still oxox I've had that a few times and it is miserable! I've tried several things and what worked best for me was a heating pad that I managed to position in that shoulder/neck area as I laid in the bed on my back. Heat helped me the most.

I am living in a constuction zone I have no clue where my heating pad even is
