Prolapsed uterus symptoms?

Does anyone have experience with prolapsed uterus? I'm feeling pressure,especially when I walk-I'm 51 and have had 2 full term children, so it could be giving out on me. I first thought it could be a peri-menopause symptom, but then it feels as if something may be there that shouldn't. I sound ignorant, I know. I plan on making an appointment with gyno after the weekend, but just curious if anyone knows. I feel worried. Thanks in advance.
