I'm the opposite. Worry is vividly and emotionally picturing life as you DON'T want it to happen.
Time spent worring is time wasted ..... and whatever happened to positive thing?

Sure do. Not every night, but it seems between 2 and 3:30 am my mind is often a whirlwind. I usually fall back asleep, but wake up tired.

I just try and make lists of things in alpha order...mindless things, like names of cities, etc. it distracts my mind from worries etc. have done it for years and it works for me.
