I have been using the Premier Brand shakes and love the Cookies and Cream the best, but Chocolate and Caramel aren't bad either. I use as a breakfast supplement mostly. Just discovered the Wal-Mart Equate brand and it is good too and cheaper. Have only tried Chocolate in the Equate so far. I like that you only have 1 gram of sugar in any of these flavors. It does seem to fill me up for a long time.

I have tried both bars,and shakes, do not like, i like atkins bars,and fairlife has a protein shake out.

I have tried the shakes and they do absolutely nothing for me as far as keeping hunger at bay. I mean nothing.

I cannot eat the bars. I think they are dry and gross and they don't agree with my stomach.

Before I started doing low carb, I used to freeze a banana and put half in a blender along with a chilled Premier Protein Chocolate shake and some ice cubes. It was delicious. I still enjoy a shake now and then but without the banana. I have read where many people use these shakes in place of coffee creamers. I didn't care for the caramel but I do love the chocolate. I haven't tried the cookies and cream but I bet I would like it.

I have tried the bars and they are fine, but I prefer the Premier shakes because they are quick to get into my system before/after a workout and they have 30 g of protein. I didn't like them at first, but now I like them.

Sam's and Costco both offer them. Costco has a box of 18, whereas Sam's has a box of 12. Costco just had a $7 instant coupon on four of the flavors, just not the Cookies and Cream and other flavors which were available online, for much more money ($7) than at the warehouse.

My favorite is the Cookies and Cream, followed by vanilla. I also have a box of Caramel shakes waiting to be consumed, but I am using up my older shakes first.

I may try the Equate brand if I need them. Thank you to whomever posted about the Equate shakes!
