I know I asked about this before but what is the BEST way to use this form? I have tried yogurt, applesauce, cottage cheese and it just does not dissolve. I feel I am wasting it. Any suggestions again?? Should have exchanged for the capsule...

@bargainsgirl That's interesting. I put it on my dog's food that I mix with a small amount of boullion and it dissolves immediately.
She eats it and there is no residue from the powder left on the plate.

I responded to your original post and mentioned that I have a protein shake every morning. I don't use a blender. I use a shaker bottle with a stainless steel ball that assists in the mixing. I just add almond milk, a scoop or 2 of Andrew's Secure protein powder, one scoop of his Marine Collagen Peptide powder, and then 3 more powders of his - the glucosamine one that you have, and then the fruit one and the veggie one (can't think of the exact names of those two right now). I shake it for about 10 seconds and it's perfect. Everything dissolves and there are no lumps.
Also, I guess it depends on when you purchased it, but when I did, the 900 "powder" servings were the same price as the 600 capsules. You get 300 more servings basically free when you buy the powder.

Yes that is the reason I bought 900 for $89 but it was the mistake of HSN claiming the 900 were capsules. They had already shipped so I ended up with the powder. Guess it is a better deal so I will keep trying to find a good mix!! But i so prefer a capsule. There is a bit of a bitter aftertaste to me...
