How big are the pills, how long does it take before you notice a difference, and where is the best place to buy it?

ETA: Do you think it would be ok to take a Turmeric supplement in addition to the turmeric that is in Zyflamend?

Do you think it is ok to cut the pills in half or are they capsules?
