I have been told some time ago i do have pretty servere bone loss.

Do take my yearly Bone density test.

Was on Fosomax years ago,and did not agree with me.

Tried once a month Boniva,also same.

I was,and am relying on my daily Cal,and D supplements.

Do take Andrew Lessman's. My intake for the day is 1500 IUS,and 3,200 Vit D.

Am lactose intolerant as well. Do have some natural Cal in some foods,and drinks.

Am over 70,and small frame.

My last bone density which was a few weeks ago did show some significant chages.

Went for a Consul at my Gyn Dr. She knows my history,and suggested me seeing a Endocrinologist. I have an appointment on May 11th.

She mentioned that my past history may be contributed to my bone loss as well.

Also there are tests to see what maybe causing my condition.

Did have Breast cancer 9 yrs ago. Had 34 radiation treatments. I also had previous year a non-miligant tumor on left side of spine. It did leave me with some Athritis in that area.

It was very close to the Nerve as well.

I am concerned about interactions, side effects about taking yearly injection.

Did a search,and came up with one called. Zometa (Reclast)

If anyone is taking this one,or any others please post any info.

Also have you have good reaction,and does help with building your bones??
