I've never seen these - must try if I do!

I HAVE been waiting for months to get the organic red grapes that of course I can only get in summer - finally arrived a couple weeks ago.  They are my fave diessert this time of year (and honestly, if I could get them year round, they'd be my fave dessert in the rest of the year, too.

Oh, ****** (OT!!!).  I'm sitting here at the front desk of my gym after a client just left and another trainer is having his client do some KB swings and OMG I want to say something so bad - she's hyperextending her back at the top and that kills me to watch.  SO, since it's not my client or my biz I will just NOT LOOK anymore!

ACK!!!  The things I see that make me just shake my head.

I need some grapes.

What’s in your plant-based Pic-a-Nic Basket?

I’ve been fixing Carrot Dogs lately...so good!

And I saw this carrot ‘dogs in a blanket’ which is the same process

but wrapped in crescent rolls. Rolls might be a pinch too high in fat,

but maybe inside corn bread?  With jalapenos..?

@sidsmom Yes Boca makes crumbles.  I can't stand the Morningstar either, but my son woofed down 6 tacos.  I haven't tried lentils yet.  My family loves cauliflower, mushroom, walnut tacos.....I was just too lazy to make that tonight!

I just can't tolerate the processed stuff anymore......fine with me!

Blogger Brand New Vegan has so many good, reliable recipes.

I use his carrot dog recipe...so I would expect the taco recipe

to be as tasty.

I actually made a version of the cauliflower, mushroom and nut mixture from what I had on hand for lunch today — not bad — not sure if I’d be satisfied with it in a taco shell or not.  I sautéed sliced baby portobello mushrooms, added TJ’s cauliflower rice, S&P, then tossed in yellow grape tomatoes and a handful of hazelnuts.  

I’ll try it again with some spices.
