I don't know if this is true, but next time I buy strawberries I'm going to give this a try.  Has anyone tried this?  I'll report back when I try it.

Well that experiment was a bust!

These pictured look like they were completely dried out, while mine were soggy little lumps.

Tasted ok, but not worth 3 hours in an oven.

My next "experiment" is some Golden Kiwis I bought a few days ago; never had the gold ones before.  They seem a bit hard so I'm giving them a few days to ripen up a bit (do kiwis ripen off the tree(?)?)

I have been watching a lot of "Jazzy Vegetarian".

DVR her shows every week.

I have been making better eating decisions.

My husband is a little bit hesitant.
