My two favorite PB doctors in one interview!
Their personal approach is 180 of each other,
Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn being soft spoken &
Dr. John McDougall being tough love.
Two different styles but both with the same message.
Interesting point Dr. Esselstyn brought up which I wasnโt aware:
The Mediterranean Study, which claims to lower heart disease,
had to retract their study claiming inconsistencies...that there was
no change or made conditions worse. But of course, no one will
hesr that...and will continue to each copious amount of EVOO/nuts
when they have heart disease.
Itโs a good interview..but Dr. Esselstynโs final statement was the best:
โRight before us we see, now more than ever before,
the seismic revolution that can occur in health.

@phoenixbrd wrote:@sidsmom This article reminds me of how much ignorance still exists about a plant based lifestyle. I was at my opthamologist's a few weeks ago and talking to the front desk assistants about being plant based.....the response, "oh, so you only eat chicken and fish"....ugggg!
Reminded me of some "vegetarians" I've known who said that they eat chicken.
Then I'd get a quizzical look when I asked what sort of vegetable a chicken was.

Another wonderful interview with Dr. Esselstyn & Dr. Williams
talking about food over medicine. Enjoy!

OMG! When I saw this it reminded me of Limbrel. I took it for several months and it was like a miracle.
Then when I went to get it refilled, I was told the FDA was 'investigating' it.
Ugh! All I know is it was a miracle for me. I'd taken it for maybe 2 weeks and suddenly I noticed I didn't ache constantly. It was the Limbrel.
The reason I'm posting on this is because it's among the plant based products.
I wrote letters about how it helped me and I was asked to come and appears before the FDA on Limbrel's behalf but I couldn't because I was out of town at the time.
I still have fingers x-ed that it will go back on the market.
Anyone else here take it and have good results with it.
I'll be sure to look up the show. Thanks for the heads up!
