@sidsmom  I remember when Jon was in our small private fasting group with Tanny Raw.  Guess raw did not work for him...it is really difficult to have satiety eating raw.  I think this is why some high profile raw fooders went raw til 4:00 or starch based whole foods.  Jon did two stints at True North where he lost most of his weight.  He is maintaining with plant based.  He is a good guy, and I wish him the best.
