non-starchy vegetables, sauces, etc. The Potato Reset is kinda the
same principle, but with a few more sauces & no time limit.

@sidsmom I couldn't agree more. I love peas, beans etc & I cook a huge pot on Sundays. I'll eat some in the mornings with some veggies & rolled oats, that keeps me going for a while. I notice that if I keep it simple I will eat it, but sometimes I do the fancy things & I'll eat it once & the rest goes to waste. I can live on rice and beans.
I've also signed on to Cronometer & this helps. I was surprised at some of the nutrients some foods like broccoli has!
