WOW! You are one spicy mama!
Indian cuisine isn’t something I actively cook....but this looks good!
I’ll let you keep the jalapeños, tho. Ha

@Sweet_Serenity: I know that I can google and research this but if possible would you be so helpful to give simple explanation or suggestions for this life style. I will be 64 in a couple of weeks and fed up with multiple health issues, over weight, tied of extreme food cravings, tied of being tired, no energy, not sleeping, skin and hair issues yet recent blood test- no major issues, thyroid medicine does not need to be increased. @SouthernBee there's a lot of info available online, and if you have a good local library - that is a resource as well. I am on facebook and have joined a vegetarian/vegan recipe group....so a ton of info gets channelled through there.
I started as vegetarian, then vegan and now doing as much WFPB as possible, and listening to my body. Start out slow and don't stress about it!
Here's it in a nutshell!

Click on Education or Quick Start for a ton of information.
Dedicate several hours or an afternoon to familiarize yourself
with this type of eating for health. After you begin reading,
it will make total sense. It’s the way many of our ancestors ate.
It’s the way we were meant to eat.

I love that link!
I get the newsletters, but never deleted into the website.

@sidsmom it's a very comprehensive site!
Oops! My tabbouleh and balela recipe links were deleted. Anyway, that's what I'm craving right now!

I just googled ‘tabbouleh and balela’...yum.
I’ve also been seeing lots of ‘Jerusalem Salads’ recently.
Is that kinda/sorta the same thing?
