Pinched nerve

I've had a pinched nerve in my left shoulder blade area now for 2 weeks.

So far I've had a theraputic massage from a masseuse, a cortisone injection along with muscle relaxant pills from the MD, and 2 accupuncture/chiropractic treatments.

I still have the pinch, although it's a bit less painful. But my biggest irritation is that my left arm and hand are partly numb, and my arm and elbow often hurt badly. I'm scheduled for a 3rd visit to the accupuncturist/chiropractor on Tuesday.

How long does it take to have something like this heal?
