I have an older aero pilates machine.  It has the rebounder too.  I wondered for those who use one, do you do the same routine each time or do you change it up?  I try to do it 3-4 times a week.  I have been checking out YOUTUBE to see if I can add some movements.

(I tried Miranda Esmonde-White Classical Stretch but I find these moves difficult and actually they seem to make some of my aches worse!  So back to Pilates for me.)

I'm embarrassed to admit that I've let my Pilates slide for quite a while now.  (And I'm completely out of shape to prove it!😥)  So now when I occasionally do a routine it's the same one, simply because I can't do the more advanced moves anymore.

But when I did it every day I switched routines.

@bargainsgirl

No matter the type of exercise, be it Cardio/Flexibility/Strength, they all need a change up. The body adapts and to get the most for the time invested, different angles/speed/length need variety.
