Welcome, please read about Medicare. A place to start would be their site. If I don't understand something I do a Google search. 

Please check your employer's site for any discounts on Medicare Part C plans. My sister and BiL get a discount on UHC. Many jobs gives employers perks when they retire.

Walmart and Fred Meyers in my area takes the Good RX coupons.  I purchased a  prescription topical cream that insurance would not cover.....cost for a 3 oz tube was $90.... using the coupon I got it for $50 at Fred Meyers.  I thought that was pretty good!
