Pain in heel

I have had this for a few weeks. The worse is when I wake up and get out of bed. If there was a fire I doubt I could get out fast. I don't know if this is from my lower back,nerves which are touching the spine for I have leg and hip problems at times. I have had shots there. I also have tingling in the hands and fingers which is attributed to arthritis I guess. Aleve doesn't really help even if the doctor advises. Just wondering if anyone has had this. I know I should go to the doctor. Hard to find a good one since I moved.
