Just wanted to let you know I took your advice and stopped in the Dollar Tree this morning. I picked up 3 more pr of readers in great colors!

I went next door to Petco and used my more expensive ones while looking at pkgs....then on to more errands.

By the time I got to Aldi my $$ glasses were no where to be found :-(

I guess I need to wear them on a chain around my neck....

Anyway, thanks for the tip. Today was the 1st day I have driven since the cataract surgery. No more drops in my right eye and decreased to 1 drop 2 x a day in my left. Yippee :-)

@Teddy55 Glad to hear you're driving again.

Which glasses did you lose?? The Dollar ones or the expensive ones???? Well, at least you know where to get them from now on.

I have to get "real" glasses now. I have a Rx for Progressives and am waiting until next week to go and get them.

So far, I go shopping with the Dollar glasses (1.25) on a chain around my neck and (2.50) slipped into my neckline of whatever I'm wearing. What a PITA this is. Can't wait until I get the real thing.

Glad I could be of help. At least, losing them isn't an expensive proposition for you.... They really have a great selection in my Dollar Tree too.

Hi Sophiamarie, It was one of the 4 pkg that I purchased at Sam's. Granted they were only $5 but from now on I'll take the Dollar Tree ones with me.

Think I need to invest in a chain for when I go out since I do change purses often. Right now I have a pr by the kitchen computer, a pr on the end table in the living room, a pr in the master bath and a pr in the office upstairs😏😏

We'll see what the cataract specialist says on the 15th but the Retina specialist said my vision should continue to improve....

@Teddy55 Hi - and thanks for clarifying. Too bad they weren't the Dollar ones. At least you know where you can get them now. Such a deal........ I have a couple of ropes and a couple of chains. They are all over the house - in my purse, etc.....

Hope your appts. work out in your favor and please keep up with the updates.....
