Could you explain how to figure out the daily calories you need to burn with TF? There is a chart in the beginning of the book but by my numbers, the calorie intake is much higher than WW.

Step 1 - Your Current Body Weight x 10 = RMR

Step 2 - Calculate your Daily Activity Burn based on current activity levels (outside of TF)

Sedentary - RMR x 10% = DAB, Moderately Active - RMR x 20% =DAB, Very Active- RMR x 30% = DAB.

Step 3 - Add calories burned from your Daily Exercise (DE). Although this will vary, a good average number for TF class is 650 a day.

Step 4 - Subtract or add your Calorie Deficit (CD) or Surplus. This is the number of calories you would like to cut out of your diet.

Step 5 - Put all those numbers together to find out how many calories you need.

RMR + DAB + DE + - CD = Your Calorie Target.

Thanks!

Should I get the Body Bugg? Is it expensive and do I need to input information on a computer?
