I think these drinks (not shakes) taste very medicinal.  The only one I can tolerate is vanilla and I can barely gag it down.  I don't know how people stand them.

I agree  been there  when some brands were  either to hard to swallow tasted terrible or too much sugar in them if you are watching sugar intake .

The only ones I have stayed  with is Andrew Lessman Secure. I  like that you add your own liquid like water, almond milk, oat milk ,skim or low fat milk ,sometime ice, frozen fruits, (chia seeds for thickness,) makes  delicious smoothies.

Comes in many flavors even  have started putting the powder in my baking like when making oatmeal bars with either the vanilla or pina colada gives them such a good flavor and a few bars fills me up.

Once it gets warmer will be using the coffee flavor  I have used as an  iced coffee in the morning.

Does work well in using as a replacement meal.

I watched Bobby Parrish on protein shakes , he said this one of the worst with cheap ingredients , i know it is tough when on a budget , but i would only buy this one if i was desperate , there are so many better one's with clean ingredients.

That being said , i have Daily Harvest smoothies , with incredible clean organic ingredients , and noticed one had 560 calories and that one has no added sugar , so we have to be careful and be our own food cops , the Dailey Harvest vegetable bowls are as low as 190 calories , so go figure.

No idea who BP is, but are you referring to Premier protein shakes?   I've tried many brands of shakes, and find them to be the best I've tried!

Had my first order of the Chocolate and Peanut Butter last week and it is a KEEPER.

The crunch bars in same flavor are also great

I have a question. I just found a case of Premier Protein hidden in the back of my pantry. It expires in a few days. I hate to toss it. Do you think it's still safe to drink? Thanks.

@Tinkrbl44 , I don't know who BP is either but I don't think he meant they are bad tasting, I think he meant nutritionally they are one of the worst.
