I’d look at the carbs to determine healthiness. I bet it’s high. If you want milk, you should drink whole milk (not 2 percent, skim, etc.). I don’t drink any kind of milk, nor would I recommend that others drink milk. But, everyone has an opinion. There are so many really bad foods out there....that I don’t think that worrying about soy milk is worthy of serious concern. Drink up if you wish.

The way it was explained to me by family is fermented soy that is in soy sauce and natto have health benefits. Unfermented soy is not good for the body that is in soymilk. @lindseyemmie

@puttypiesmom - that's what I've always heard but according to one of my nieces when she was called out on it by her sister, no, it's Organic so it's okay.
I wasn't getting into it with them but to me, soy milk is soy milk.

This is the ‘cleanest’ soy milk I’ve ever found.
It can be purchased at Walmart....just soybeans & water.
Or just make your own.
All the organic & GMO talk is ‘noise’.
Plant-based milks which are not organic & GMO are still
a 1000x better & healthier than animal milks/byproducts.

If you have thyroid issues, I'd avoid it.

My gyne used to say to cut back on your fats and carbs other places but always drink your milk. Women need the calcium, and vitaminD in milk. I had cut back to 2% and now I've cut back to 1% but still drink a couple glasses of milk a day. My bone density tests are always good.My vitamin D level is also good - despite kidney disease that usually makes vit D low and my total cholesterol is only 121.
Your body really does not do well with all the soy products they put intio our food these days. All that plant estrogen is not good for you.

Side topic...bone density:
Animal products CAUSE weakened bone density.
They are acidic & our bodies have to neutralize.
How does our body neutralize?
Pulling minerals from our bones,
causing bone density issues in the long run.
It’s not rocket science. Any ‘professional’ telling someone to drink milk
for calcium is just buying into the decades of milk marketing.
