anyone been diagnosised with this? I am beginning to think I may have this problem. I wake up 2-3 times per night OR MORE and MUST get up to use the bathroom...I do not have issues during the day as I am up anyway so I don't think about it much. It's the waking up so many times all night long EVERY night that makes me feel like I haven't slept in yrs now.

I did mention this to my gyno a few weeks ago....but she didn't seem to concerned...told me to do kegels and that certain foods/drinks and meds can make it worse. I do take some meds that seem to really make it worse for me.

Antihistamines.....and promenthazine for vertigo....I take the smallest dose (25mg's) cut it up into 1/4 pills and sometimes that's too strong so I take 1/8 and boy it really acts like a direurtic on me. Sudafed I take sometimes in mornings only 30mg's smallest dose and only one time in mornings.

I notice my morning coffee also makes it worse...so I only have 1 cup per day in the mornings ONLY. Of course any type of caffinated pop does this to me also....I do not drink pop...only once in awhile at a restaurant and never more then 1/2 pop. I can cut pop out totally.

Keep seeing a new commerical for a OTC patch medication but after reading about it I would rather not use any meds for it if I can help it. I never have accidents but the sleep loss it just making me have all kinds of symptoms. Tired...can't concentrate....napping during day....no energy....feels like I am getting up like when my kids were babies.

Should I go see a different doc for this? any suggestions or things to try would be appreciated.

Thanks for listening!
