Oven-Baked Skinny Muffin?

I am wondering if anyone has tried the skinny muffin that could be oven baked instead of made in the microwave? We are in the process of a kitchen remodel and I will not have a microwave for several months and so would need to oven-bake. I am also looking for a basic recipe for a tried a true oven version of this recipe. Since I have never tried any version of the skinny muffin, I would also look forward to a comparison of microwave vs. oven as far as taste and texture. Thanks so much for your consideration!
