You bet.

To get well.

To stay well.

To prevent others from getting sick.

I read somewhere that it's

"Our Patriot Duty as an American to stay healthy."

Of course.

Why wouldn't everyone want that?🇺🇸

Dairy was your mention...and everyone knows dairy is not good for you.
It damages the gut biome & causes inflammation, so...

that's not the definition of 'good nutrition'....🤷‍♀️

So referring back to the OP, the elderly would highly benefit from

eating a plant-based diet to strengthen their immune system.

Since when was dairy not good for you ?  Im not lactose intolerant and have been drinking milk for 75 years.  Hogwash.  Dairy is part of the pyramid of food groups established by the USDA.  You are supposed to get 2-3 servings of milk, cheese or yogurt.

NO, everyone does not agree that dairy is bad for people.  This kind of exaggeration and outright falsehood does not help your agenda.

I'm not commenting on this again since it is off topic for the OP.

Obviously the Dairy Marketing has worked on many.

And that's why we have the illnesses we have in America by

eating the foods humans were not meant to eat.

If we strengthen our immune system (not eating animal products

and consuming more plant-based foods), we would be much

better off as a nation....and the 'severe chronic medical conditions'

mentioned in the OP wouldn't be as severe, if at all.

A healthy immune system is beneficial in

many, many different ways, no matter what your age.

The American Public do not have healthy gut microbiome.

Not having a healthy gut results in many different diseases & conditions.

So instead of worrying about going out, getting sick or otherwise

just in a constant state of panic, why not work like crazy to

boost the immune system?

How?  Different nutrition.

And yes, a whole food plant based diet will flood the body with

antioxidants & help repair the gut microbiome to ward off

virus bugs in the first place.

And also yogurt, kefir and some cheeses!  Excellent sources of healthy gut bacteria.  We make home made yogurt and it tastes so much better than the commercial ones.

Unfortunately, not true.  That's Dairy Marketing at its best.

If there were any positive effects, the high fat of dairy, in general,

totally negates any benefits...and creates inflammation.

Plants are the purest forms to create/maintain healthy gut flora.

No, what I posted about dairy is true and is far more documented, researched and accepted by the best scientists and nutritionists than otherwise.

I and others onthis boarda are going to be sure that information about the best science gets posted when we run into statements like the one above. It isn't fair not to give accepted research a voice here.

Nope.

Anyone, without an Industry Agenda, will agree dairy is not good for us.
And for us, without an Industry Agenda...it's just common sense.

Common sense is...we're not baby cows.

Google 2-second search...boom....a NPR article:

The Coronavirus has been around for a long time . Look at your disinfectant bottle of wipes or spray , the Coronavirus is listed as a virus killed by the products .There is no excuse for us not having a vaccine, testing and treatment !
