I did change my eating habits a little--maybe eating all that ceral for lunch and/or dinner is what did it. I certainly didn't do it by getting more exercise. Due to some orthopedic problems I can barely move; even walking hurts so much I can't do it.
Nice surprise!Great, but i,m confused. Were you eating cereal for lunch and dinner and stopped, or is that all you are and lost weight?
Same here. Please explain. When I eat cereal, I GAIN weight.

This is probably an over simplification of a person ability to lose some body weight. Being hungry and/or desiring something to eat. Like most bodily functions, do not start from any particular body part, or lower organ.
It all starts from within the part that sits on top of our shoulders. Ever hear the adage : "An idle mind is the devil's workshop"?
I will leave it that or some might find what I would say to be condescending.
