Hi Oceantown

Ive really been inspired by your dedication and enthusiasm for your eating plan. I bought his book and understand his concept for sugar and carbs. My question is protein. When the count is 0/0 like in chicken, steak etc, is there a limit ,ie 3oz for serving size? And if you eat 6 oz of chicken does the count remain 0/0? Im assuming yes. So there 's no need to worry about calorie count? Also, when you are having a salad, or cooked, mixed vegetables, I understand its the dressing to count, but what about the greens, how do you figure the count then?
