Hi Oceantown,
In the book he names brands of items that I can't find. Like the spaghetti sauce. What kind do you use or do you make your own? Can you share the califlower pizza recipe? It sounds great. Also, with cheese and coffee creamer (half/half) do you use low fat, fat free, or the real thing? Turkey Bacon or regular? Are there recipes on line?
I plan on giving this a try. Wish me luck. I think the hardest thing will be limiting the sugar.
