wow . You really are having a difficult time. I hope that the doctors did xrays before you start doing physical therapy. Maybe you have a cracked bone or dislocation . Just take it easy and listen to your body. The pain is telling you to take it easy.I hope you feel better each day.

I can relate.  I have days where I should never get out of bed.  Also, once you have an injury more seem to follow.  Of course getting older is not for sissies.  All these stupid "that's what 50/60 looks like".  All I can say B.S.  If you are lucky enough to have good genes that's great.  If you ever had a major injury and start paying for it when you get older it's not so great.  Seems once you pass 60 it's something different every day.
