I didn't know that. But that is interesting for me during allergy season. I was using Benedryl (lucky for me, I was allergic to my antibiotics (both of them!) and breaking out in hives and the fact I was using it for hay fever probably saved me more problems.) But I found after a week or so on Benedryl, I was not sleeping well and felt "odd." But I don't do well with any pharmaceuticals. I've gotten hypersensitive to nearly anything.
