Now what??

I don't know what to do or how to feel.. My best friend has stage 4 cancer with only a short time to live. Now my dad has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and Dr. said at most 6 months to live. What do I do with all the stress, anger, and sadness?? Thanks...for anybody's response. {#emotions_dlg.crying} I just found out about my dad today.
