Not pleased with my Doctor

I have been with my Doctor for around 10 years. But lately when I ask her something she replies '' I dont know, I am only a GP''. She doesnt fnd out the answer and fluffs it off. I had MRSA three years ago, in the hospital for two weeks. I have been back to her twice with outbreaks. Last month she says to me ''I dont think you have MRSA''. Then why did the tests come back MRSA ''I dont know Iam only a GP'' was her answer. She sent me to a dermatologist he says '' You have MRSA why did she send you here?''. There are other things also, too many to mention.

My question is I like another Doctor in the same practice. How do I change over to her?
