I drank

G2

Half the sugar, all the electrolytes

Grape Gatorade

I wouldn't think grape would be approved if it's the color of typical grape juices.  It has red in it.

@Icegoddess correct, my instructions said to not drink anything or eat any jello or Italian ices that have red or purple coloring.

I never drink any juice--way too much sugar. I drank clear broths or even ice tea, a non sparkly water with a hint of flavor.

I also drank some chicken boullion and had made lemon and lime jelllo.  I hsd my last colonoscopy on March 22, and that's to be my last one, I've aged out!  (I prefer to say I've graduated!).

I think the bottled green tea would count as clear liquid if tea and coffee do. Al i was told to drink was the awful prep liquid and water. I put some instant tea in the water to flavor it, but just used a little.
