No shopping channels in hospital on TV

I had hip replacement just a few hours ago...back in my room now....looking through the channel lineup on TV....no QVC, HSN or ShopNBC. I asked nurse about it and nurse said people on drugs might get into trouble LOL! Ido not have to be on pain meds to get into trouble! I thought that was funny

. I am starving but they only want me on liquids... Was up a bit ago and walked with the walker around the corridors...pretty amazing! Going home tomorrow! Then the real work of healing begins!

Bless your heart! My best for a speedy recovery! Very funny nurse! That's what I remember the most about my last visit to the hospital was the hunger! I was so grateful for a cup of coffee the next morning that it was one of the BEST coffees I've ever had, no cream either... I didn't care.... ${#emotions_dlg.biggrin}$

I noticed that the last time I spent a night in the hospital. It made me realize just how addicted I am. Best of luck to you in your recovery, amazing what they can do now, isn't it? Or I should say what they expect YOU to do now.
