I started a new job 2 weeks ago. It is an overnight customer service position midnight to 8 am. We are allowed only 3 ten minute paid breaks entire shift..no lunch/dinner hour or half hour. The state of Florida does not require employers to give meal breaks but I thought that was a federal law..anyone know for sure? I am worn out..Help!
