  @Trinity11   Would could be believed if published by American Medical Assoc. or another well known source. That is not one of them.

Research it all avenues.  The pain isn't worth it.  Not everyone is correct as far as what is good for you.  Time to be proactive for your own sake, after all, you care the most about you, right?
