~ New physical therapist today ~

Apparently I have one more week (this week) of in-home P.T. and this time a different therapist came.

OMG, she put me through the paces! By the time she left I was totally exhausted, my knee hurt - I ate lunch and collapsed in bed! Phew! I'm doing well, but this was just waaaaaaaay over the top. But, I know it's necessary and for my own good.
