@tiny 2, maybe @Tissyanne or someone more familiar to the new SP program can speak to your question better but I'd like to say that NO food is off limits weekly, daily, nothing like that. You might be thinking about many years ago when certain foods ( like liver, ugh) were eaten only once a week. Whatever food you want in your plan that day can be eaten if you work it into your number of daily points, which is fairly easy to do if you make healthy choices. Tissyanne eats refried beans.

No, they aren't limited. As long as you count the points you can eat them twice a day if desired. I think that is just what she is choosing to do.
As far as I know, absolutely no food is banned or limited on WW as long as you stay within your points.
Hope that helps.

Thank you Mmsfoxxie and Mima. Have the online problems improved? I need to lose about 13 pounds. I am short so that is almost 2 sizes on me.![]()

I'm short, too, @tiny 2. Five feet. So, 5 or 10 lbs gain or loss makes a big difference, right.
I don't know much about the online problems. I haven't utilized it much. Sometimes I think I should have done the meetings only plan because I'm not that tech savvy. Good luck!

I am only using online to track and look up points and it is working perfect. I think the people complaining are the ones trying to find recipes or trying to find the community. I don't use those features. The tracking and looking up foods have always worked perfect for me using my computer or my phone app.

Last week at my meeting, we were given a free sample of their new protein smoothie, triple berry. Well, I didn't hate it but I don't think I'll buy it. It was too thick or heavy to my tongue and it didn't taste as good as the old one. Loved the old smoothie (maybe it's still being sold, not sure).
I used unsweetened almond milk and half of a small banana with it so maybe that was the problem.

Well, down 1.4 lbs more. Pretty good for me.
Regarding the smoothie that I didn't care for......the receptionist said that it would feel less thick if I used water instead of almond milk so I bought a box of vanilla to try. She said that any product package bought that a member didn't like can be returned for a refund. Seems fair.

Well a big Congratulations to you @Mmsfoxxie ! That is a wonderful weight loss. Are you doing PP, or SP? Either way, it is working, and that is what counts. I never knew that WW products could be returned. That is good to know. I was also given the Triple Berry also, but have not used it. I am not a smoothie person. I prefer to eat my calories. ![]()
