New WW points plus program....any shortcuts or tips for finding point value!!

I have done WW for years...but I feel like a fish out of water...with new program...I am spending alot of time looking up point values...any tips ...doesn't seem to as user friendly? I have indexed and highlighted items but old way seemed so much simplier?!
