@hckynut  I tell him all the time how selfish it is to not take care of himself  for those that love him(me!).  But, he has never taken good care of himself.... all my years married to him (39 years) and only started going to see the doctor yearly  as his work insurance  at  the time required  a yearly exam.  Thankfully he still goes  every year now, 2 years retired.  

 

But the doctors never tell him to exercise or anything.... or to lower his BMI...he is about 20 pounds over his ideal weight...the doctors just suggest pharmaceuticals. I suppose they do not want to offend anyone.  But offending someone JUST MIGHT SAVE THEIR LIFE.😐
