Every treadmill that we've bought has been at a sports equipment store. They include delivery and set up. 

 

Best to try out several in person before buying, they all feel different.

@deeva  exactly! Machines all vary. I ended up with an elliptical as for several years at a gym I found  a treadmill bothered my lower back. Didn't like the repetitive pounding. Elliptical has zero pressure on joints at all and love the ski poles!
