Try taking your vitamins with Apple Sauce or Milk, and do not tip your head back to swallow. See if that helps.

For years I have taken Centrum Multi Vitamins along with a vitamin C pill.  I haven't tried the gummies & will next purchase.

@nafecar Just wanted to let you know I just bought the One A Day Petites and they are perfect in size. You just take two small pills.

I like GNC products and if you went in I'm sure they would have something that would work for you!  The ones I get there are larger.  You could also call them as they seem to be in every city.  Good luck!
