@nafecar  I'm sure Andrew Lessman has a great product.  Unfortunately he uses gelatin in his formulas so I won't purcha se.  I recently bought Nature's Lab One Daily Multivitamin Easy to Swallow Vegetarian capsules at Costco.  I like them and will continue to use as long as they are available on Costco online.  I have also used Garden of Life organic vegan Once Daily multiple vitamin and would recommend.

Have you tried putting the vitamin n in a spoonful of yogurt or applesauce?  I used to do that when my daughter had trouble swallowing a pill.

@nafecar Yes Andrew Lessman's are easy to swallow & small capsules. I take his Essential 1. You only have to take 1 pill. His other multi vitamins are 5-6 pills but of course have more ingredients. You can compare his products on his site. He will be on HSN as shown below & the prices will be reduced. Here is his schedule if you are interested.

Re: Need suggestions for a multivitamin.

I stay away from Lessman's things because they have too much of the mdr.  I don't want to ingest that much because we have a good diet in general, and I read that you should not take too many vitamines.  They also have other herbs, spices, and ingredients I'm not sure about.

I try to keep it simpy with vitamines.

Re: Need suggestions for a multivitamin.

I take two Centrum Gummies for Adults every morning. Easy to chew and they taste great!

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
