I want to make a tofu smoothie that I can blend 2-3 days worth & keep in the refrigerator and not have it taste horrible because I don't have frozen something in it.
Due to my disability, I can't handle frozen foods or wrestle with a blender, food processor, etc. I have someone come 3 x week to help with food prep.
I have soft tofu. What else will be needed to make a healthy, but yummy breakfast smoothie?
