I've seen yoga accessories (including straps) at my local TJMax....inexpensive.

I got my strap and 2 blocks at Target. I use the blocks much more. I practice at a real yoga studio(that is all they teach I mean).
I like having my own equipment. I even have my own Indian type blanket. If you are doing yoga at home a towel would do and even a length of cord for a strap.
If you study at a studio they will have all of these things for you to use in class.

I don't know if this will get posted, but I just wanted to thank everyone again for their help. I had responded a second time on here to thank some additional posters (in particular, SilleeMee), but that message is not showing. I think because part of it was in response to the posting that was deleted (at least I think that's what happened). If so, I just want to let SilleeMee know that I did see her additional post and appreciated the help.

Got my strap, mat and blocks at TJ Maxx. I like the kind with the metal ring, not the plastic clasp kind. I find that easier to use for restorative yoga.
