Need Tips on Post Total Knee

Hi Everybody!

I know there have been a number of threads regarding total knees. However, I'd appreciate any tips you'd care to share regarding your post-surgical total knee experience.

Though I have years experience assisting in and viewing TKAs (Total Knee Arthroplasties), I've never had one myself. Since my left knee is scheduled for a Stryker knee on January 7th, I'd like to begin to get my ducks in a row, so would appreciate any help you can provide, because I'll be sharing all of it with DH, whose career was not clinical, but as a design engineer.
