I've lost 75 lbs but am having a very hard time losing the STUBBORN last 30. I work out with a trainer twice weekly (mainly strength training), ARC (elliptical) 30 min 6 days per week, walk 10,000 steps everyday and Zumba once a week.

I count calories around 1300 per day.

Can someone please HELP...it's been almost 2 yrs and I'm frustrated!
